Manuela Bustos Quintero is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations across various industries in Latin America. Currently serving as Head of People at 8020REI since September 2024, Manuela previously led talent acquisition and employer branding efforts for Slang from October 2019 to August 2024, overseeing significant growth from 90 to over 220 employees and successfully recruiting over 100 English teachers.
