Bob Carroll is the Co-Founder & CEO of Ark Dating, a Christian dating app for believers. Bob is also the Founder of 808 Partners, Inc., providing strategic advisory services to technology-focused organizations. Additionally, Bob is the Co-Founder & Board Member of Mutual, a mobile application startup. With a background as Chief Technology Officer in companies such as Dash Core Group, Everspring Inc., and Education Management Corporation, Bob has extensive experience in technology leadership. Bob holds a BS in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
