Justin Norwood

Justin is Founder and CEO of Finfuego, the company behind Finley. Finley is the strategic CFO agent that provides deep business insights, cashflow forecasting, treasury and debt optimization, and capital access. Finley turns complexity into clarity, clarity into capital, and capital into competitive advantage.

Prior to founding Finfuego, Justin was Chief Market Officer at Casca (YC S23) during the critical 0->1 phase. He played a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth, helping guide it from a single customer to a highly successful Series A in just 17 months. Prior to Casca, Justin was the Global Head of AI & Data at nCino.

Prior to nCino, Justin spearheaded the ideation, development, and successful launch of IBM Watson Trend, one of IBM's first consumer-facing mobile apps. This innovative app was recognized by Apple as a “Best New App” and was named “Technology of the Year” by the Digital Analytics Association.

Perhaps most importantly, Justin is a member of the Responsible AI Institute, a global network of experts dedicated to the advancement of human-centric and trustworthy AI. He is also a sought after speaker on the topic of AI and Banking, having been featured on both media outlets (e.g. WSJ, CNBC, NASDAQ) and at industry conferences (e.g. AWS, American Banker, BankDirector).
