Chen Shmilo

Chen Shmilo is the Chief Executive Officer at 8200 Alumni Association, a Steering Committee Member at TOHOKU - ISRAEL STARTUP GLOBAL CHALLENGE PROGRAM, and the Managing Director at 8200 Impact. With a background in public policy, legislative assistance, and legal studies, Chen has also served as the CEO of the Israel Aids Task Force and as a Fellow at the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program. Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Haifa, Chen further pursued Master of Laws degrees in Public Law from Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University.
