Gustavo Wille

Gustavo Wille has a strong background in data science and analysis. Gustavo is currently the Data Science Vice President at 84.51°, where they lead a team of 50+ data scientists and focuses on loyalty, marketing, and ecommerce. Gustavo is responsible for building effective teams, driving the analytic strategy, and providing science and insights to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Prior to this, Gustavo served as the Director of Data Science at 84.51°, where they led a team to solve commercial marketing business issues through machine learning and advanced analytics. Gustavo also provided analytic leadership and developed analytical roadmaps.

Before joining 84.51°, Gustavo worked at dunnhumby as an Associate Director, focusing on analysis. Gustavo also held the role of Sales Engineer at R&M Materials Handling, Inc. and Development Manager at Consilux Tecnologia. Gustavo began their career as a Special Process Engineer at Robert Bosch, where they oversaw product control and analysis and joined the company's rotational program. Gustavo also gained experience as an intern at Renault Trucks and LACTEC.

Gustavo Wille received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná in 2005. Gustavo also participated in a study abroad program at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon in 2003-2004. In 2010, they obtained an MBA degree in Strategy and Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Additionally, Gustavo received a SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 certification from SAS Institute in 2013.
