Justin Rucinski

Justin Rucinski has a diverse work experience, starting as a Software Developer at BS&A Software from December 2014 to August 2018. Justin then worked as an Agile/Software/User Experience Consultant from August 2018 to June 2020, providing consulting services to various clients. From June 2020 to July 2021, Justin worked at United Wholesale Mortgage as a Scrum Master, coaching development teams in Agile methodologies and facilitating Scrum events. Justin then took on the role of Scrum Master Team Lead from July 2021 to June 2022, where they coached and supported a team of Scrum Masters and worked on Agile initiatives in the company. Currently, Justin is working as an Agile Delivery Lead at 84.51° starting from July 2022.

Justin Rucinski pursued their education from 2011 to 2015 at the Michigan State University Honors College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2022 and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2021.
