Kadidra H. serves as a core team member at Agile In Color since June 2021, contributing to the initiative of Agile Alliance. Kadidra has an extensive career at the American Psychological Association, holding roles as Solutions Manager and Agile Delivery Lead, leveraging a strong project management background and certifications as a PMP and Scrum Master to coach and lead cross-functional development teams while advocating for agile, DevOps, and lean methodologies. Previous experience at The College Board included positions as IT Project Manager, IT Technical Business Analyst, and Training & Documentation Specialist, among others. Kadidra holds a Doctorate in Information Management from Syracuse University, alongside an M.S. in Information Systems & Technology Management from The George Washington University School of Business and a B.S. in Information Science & Technology from Syracuse University.
