Michelle Ziegler

Michelle Ziegler currently serves as Manager of Loyalty Best Customer Communications & Personalization at 84.51˚ since August 2022 and also works as a Consultant & Instructor for Cincinnati Ballet, focusing on adult fitness programming. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes owning The Barre Code, where membership grew by 400% within two years. Ziegler has an extensive background in media planning and client management from roles at dunnhumby, including Lead Media Planner and Senior Associate, where personalized communication strategies and loyalty program enhancements were developed for key clients. Ziegler's earlier experience includes senior project management at Walgreen's, strategic planning for Macy’s and Kroger at dunnhumbyUSA, and various roles in logistics and event marketing. Ziegler holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, both from Northwestern University.
