Nicole Ledoux's work experience includes their role as a Co-founder and CEO at 88 Acres since October 2012. Prior to that, they worked at State Street as an Options Trader in the Global Fixed Income team from January 2010 to February 2012. At State Street, they played a crucial role in building the interest rate options market-making desk and was responsible for structured pricing, hedging, and risk valuation. Nicole also served as a Senior Compliance Analyst in the Investment Compliance team at Putnam Investments.

Nicole Ledoux completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Legal Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1997 to 2001. Nicole later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
