Saharsh Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Saharsh currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at 88 Pictures since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at DNEG as the Vice President Talent Acquisition from October 2021 to July 2022, and as the Head Of Recruitment from October 2016 to October 2021. Saharsh also served as the Head of Human Resources at Ziqitza Healthcare Limited from June 2015 to September 2016. Saharsh gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and management as the Head - Talent Acquisition at Prime Focus from April 2013 to May 2015 and as the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & Business Partner - IT at CMS Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. from May 2011 to April 2013. Saharsh held leadership positions at Wipro Infotech Ltd., Tulip Telecom Ltd., and Wipro Technologies Ltd. where they were responsible for resource management, talent acquisition, and regional HR management. Saharsh'scareer began as a Trainee Programmer at Choksi Tech in 2000.

Saharsh Shah holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (Executive MBA) from XLRI Jamshedpur, obtained in 2012. Saharsh also has a BCA degree in Computer Technology from Madurai Kamaraj University, completed between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from Bhartiya Vidyapeeths Institute Of Technology, from 1996 to 2000. Saharsh completed their matriculation from St. Josephs High School from 1984 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Thomas PPA and Advanced Human Resources from Thomas Assessments and IIM Ahmedabad, respectively.
