Chen Meushar

Chen Meushar has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. From 2020 to the present, they served as the Head of People at 888holdings, where they were responsible for leading HR strategy and execution for 130 employees across multiple locations. They achieved significant growth in talent acquisition, increasing the employee count from 20 to 140 internationally. They also improved employee satisfaction and retention rates.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2020, Chen worked at EL AL Israel Airlines, first as the Director of HR and Operations and later as the HR Operation Manager. In these roles, they managed operational activities, budgeting, and partnerships, and led a team of HR managers. They also handled recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and travel coordination.

From 2009 to 2013, Chen worked as an Organizational and Candidate Placement Consultant at LOGI-M, where they focused on recruitment, career coaching, and consulting services.

Earlier in their career, from 2006 to 2008, Chen worked at ManpowerGroup as a Project Manager and Placement Consultant. They managed projects in human resources, coordinated with clients, and conducted recruitment activities.

Chen Meushar completed a Master of Arts degree in Science in Conflict Resolution and Arbitration at Tel Aviv University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Chen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Chen obtained certifications in HRBP from SHRM in 2021 and in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University in 2010.
