Shani Nago

Shani Nago has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Shani is currently working as the Director and Head of People at Axonius since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director and Head of People at Next Insurance from November 2019 to February 2023. Shani also served as the VP and Global Head of People at Sygnia from March 2019 to December 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Global HR Operation and a Management Team Member at ControlUp from October 2017 to March 2019. Shani worked as a Human Resources Consultant for the EMEA region as a freelancer from January 2015 to August 2017. Their experience also includes working as the Director of Global Learning and Development and HR Business Partner at Intel Corporation from February 2012 to March 2014. Shani served as the VP and Global Head of HR at Tradency from November 2007 to December 2011. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Psychology and Organizational Development at the Israeli Air Force from January 2005 to July 2007. Shani started their career as a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant at O.D. Consulting from February 2002 to March 2004.

Shani Nago obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Shani then pursued further education at the same university and completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from 2002 to 2004.
