Maija-Liisa Hahl

Maija-Liisa Hahl has a decade of work experience in various roles within different companies. Maija-Liisa started their career in 2003 as a Document payment advisor at OKO Bank Plc, where they handled foreign trade transactions, payments, and international client relationships. In 2006, they joined NASDAQ OMX as a Financial Instructor/Product Specialist, providing training to clients on trading platforms and financial products. In 2009, they worked at HRM Partners oy as a CSC-Coach, offering career development support to outplacement candidates. Maija-Liisa then transitioned to Fortum, where they held multiple roles including HR Partner, HR Assistant to Vice President HR in Heat, People Services Expert, Business People Partner, and currently, they are the Head of Operational Excellence People.

Maija-Liisa Hahl's education history includes an Emotional Intelligence Profile Accreditation from Talogy in 2022. In 2010, they obtained an NLP Practitioner certification from Suomen NLP-yhdistys. From 1999 to 2006, they attended LUT University and earned a KTM degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they studied Economics at both RWTH Aachen University in 2001-2002 and during a separate period in 2003.
