Stephanie Serbe

Stephanie Serbe has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on project execution management, procurement, and supply chain logistics. Stephanie currently serves as the Senior Director of Project Execution Management at Avantus, where they lead a team responsible for ensuring effective collaboration and process excellence across engineering, construction, and procurement. Stephanie also has experience as the Senior Director of Procurement at Avantus, where they worked closely with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs and supported team members in their career growth. Prior to Avantus, Stephanie worked at EDF Renewables North America in various roles, including Sr. Strategic Procurement Manager, Manager of Procurement Contracts, Contracts Manager, Project Developer, and Associate Project Manager. Stephanie also has experience as a Land Acquisitions and Development Consultant, negotiating agreements and supporting renewable energy projects. Before their career in the renewable energy industry, Stephanie worked in commercial real estate investment and sales at Hughes Commercial Real Estate & Development and in property management at Save Mart Supermarkets.

Stephanie Serbe attended California State University, Stanislaus from 2007 and pursued a transfer degree in Social Sciences.
