Germaine Symons has extensive experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. With a Bachelor of Business in Public Relations/Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology, Germaine has held various leadership roles in companies such as 8Squad, Bluewolf (an IBM Company), Interpro, and Nigel Frank International. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at 8Squad, Germaine also held the title of Head of People Strategy, Culture & Talent. Prior to that, Germaine served as the Director of People & Culture at Bluewolf, where Germaine was also the Australian People, Culture & Talent Lead. Germaine's expertise in Salesforce recruitment, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Lync has been demonstrated in roles at Interpro and Nigel Frank International.
