Juan Santana

Juan Santana has extensive experience in talent acquisition and community engagement, currently serving as a Talent & Community Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at 8th Light since September 2021. Prior to this role, Juan worked at Apple as a Program Manager in Product Engagement, among other positions, contributing to retail product operations and onboarding initiatives from February 2017 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Litigation Paralegal at Zachter Law and a Legal Intern at The Legal Aid Society of NYC. Juan's background in leadership and community support was further developed during academic years at Montclair State University, where roles included Resident Assistant Coordinator and Student Outreach Coordinator. Juan holds a Master of Science in Retail & Merchandising from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies & Public Administration from Montclair State University.
