Tevin Montgomery

Tevin Montgomery serves as the Associate Manager of Talent Acquisition at Reebok since October 2022, engaging in full lifecycle recruitment, early career strategy, and managing the design apprenticeship program, while also contributing to community impact initiatives. Prior to Reebok, Tevin worked as the Recruiting Manager for The Hollister Group, focusing on enhancing business culture through exceptional staffing strategies. Experience also includes roles such as Corporate Relations Manager at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, where Tevin played a key role in raising over $1.2 million through corporate partnerships, and various positions in marketing and communications at Arrowstreet Capital and Voya Investment Management. Tevin began a career foundation at Bowdoin College, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Legal Studies, after completing a high school diploma from Tabor Academy.
