Daniel Lowin

Daniel Lowin serves as the Associate General Counsel for 8x8 since 2019, leading the Commercial Legal team for the publicly-traded company specializing in global SaaS communications services. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions at Messerli & Kramer P.A. from 2016 to 2019, including Legal Director and Senior Corporate Counsel, focusing on corporate transactions and outside general counsel for small to mid-sized companies. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at FICO from 2009 to 2015, managing litigation and corporate governance, and as an Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from 2005 to 2009, representing clients in various legal matters. Daniel holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Amherst College, graduating magna cum laude with honors in special studies in political science.
