Jecel Mae Rovillos

Jecel Mae Rovillos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service within the VOIP industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer in Premium Support at 8x8 since May 2022, Jecel previously held the position of Customer Support Specialist for VOIP at the same company. Prior to that role, Jecel worked at RingCentral as an Inside Sales Manager from February 2019 to April 2022 and gained foundational sales experience as a Sales Associate at Concentrix from July 2016 to January 2019.
