Nicole MacKay

Nicole Mackay has extensive experience in human resources and real estate operations, currently serving as Chief of Staff for HR People Operations at 8x8 since September 2019. Prior roles include PMO Manager and Project Manager for Global Real Estate & Workplace at 8x8, as well as positions at Itron, Inc. and its predecessor Silver Spring Networks, where Nicole was involved in global real estate and facilities management. Earlier experience includes HR Operations Manager at Detectent, Inc. and Real Estate Operations Manager at Walters Home Management, along with significant positions in property management. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
