Robby Hales

Robby Hales currently serves as the Security and Safety Supervisor at Valley Christian Schools, starting in August 2024. Simultaneously, Robby has been the Facilities Maintenance Lead at 8x8 since January 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing a 200K sqft campus, managing vendor relations, executing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with EHS procedures. Previous experience includes serving as a Police Officer for the City of Campbell, CA, from August 2020 to July 2021, and working as a Physical Therapy Aide at MORE Physical Therapy for a decade. Robby holds an Associate of Arts degree in Science and Math from West Valley College and has further education from San Jose State University.
