Tarang Gupta

Tarang Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They started their career as a Summer Intern at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd in 2014, where they worked on SAP MM and designed a program in ABAP. Following this, Tarang worked as a Category Analyst at Scandid from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they increased daily transactions in the electronics category and were responsible for app notifications and content curation.

In 2016, Tarang joined CarDekho as a Business Analyst, where they handled digital and SMS marketing for Pan India automobile dealers and played a role in product roadmaps for dealer solutions at BikeDekho. They also trained dealers on products and upsold new digital solutions.

After CarDekho, Tarang worked at GadgetsToUse from 2017 to 2018 as part of the Marketing & Operations team. They were responsible for social media marketing, campaign acquisition from smartphone brands, and achieving significant revenue growth through sponsored content. They also handled major deals with renowned brands.

In 2018, Tarang joined 91Mobiles as a Content Marketing & Operations Manager until 2019. During this time, they managed content marketing strategies and operations for the company.

From 2019 to 2021, Tarang worked at Digit as a Marketing Manager, specifically focusing on their DigitSQUAD.

Most recently, Tarang is serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at 91mobiles, where they established and lead the influencer arm of the company, called Tech Tribe. They are responsible for ideating new-age influencer marketing solutions and creating and executing digital marketing plans. They have also successfully developed a strong influencer and tech-enthusiast network for 91mobiles in India.

Tarang Gupta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School Dhanbad for their High School education from 2004 to 2010. Tarang's educational journey began at St. Patrick's H.S. School in Asansol from 1996 to 2004, where they completed their earlier years of schooling. In addition to their formal education, Tarang Gupta also obtained the Google Ads Video Certification from Google in June 2021.
