Tushar Chaudhari

Tushar Chaudhari is an accomplished Human Resources leader currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at 91springboard, where responsibilities include leading a high-performing team to enhance workplace design and foster community collaboration. Prior to this, Tushar served as Vice President and Country Lead for Performance & Rewards at BNY Mellon, and held managerial roles in Talent Management and Corporate HR at ITC Limited, as well as an Assistant Manager position at Tata Motors. Tushar holds an extensive educational background, including a PGP-PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA from KEDGE Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from SGSITS Indore, along with ongoing studies in Actuarial Science.
