Jordi Adiao

Jordi Adiao has a long and varied career in Human Resources and Operations Management. Jordi began their career in 2002 as a Payroll Manager at Town Sports International. In this role, they restructured the department to improve team engagement and efficiency. Jordi then served as a Compensation/HRIS Analyst, Special Projects Manager, and Operations Manager at Town Sports International. In 2015, Jordi moved to Equinox as a Payroll Supervisor, where they supervised the accurate processing of payroll for over 11,000 employees in 9 states. In 2017, Jordi returned to Town Sports International as the Director of HRIS & Compensation Systems. In this role, they managed a team of 4 HRIS and compensation system analysts and successfully implemented a new web-based HRIS/Timekeeping system enterprise-wide. Most recently, in 2020, Jordi joined Joe Coffee Company as the Head of Human Resources.

Jordi Adiao received a Masters Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Cornell University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Psychology & Fine Arts from Rutgers University between 1995 and 1999.
