Barbara W Patterson has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. Barbara W began their career in 1990 as the Marketing Communications Manager at Chemical Leaman, where they managed the development and execution of all marketing communications programs, strategies, and initiatives, as well as produced materials for national sales meetings, customer presentations, and quarterly campaigns. In 1998, they became the Marketing Manager for the K-12 Newspaper in Education (NIE) Program at The Telegraph, where they identified and provided strategic direction to grow the educational program via print, e-mail marketing, web updates, educator and donor presentations, capital development and in-class training. Barbara W successfully increased the base from 5 to 155 classrooms within 3 years. In 2003, Barbara W Patterson began working as a First Grade Teacher at Round Rock ISD, where they designed dynamic cross-curriculum instruction using digital platforms, implemented comprehensive classroom parent communications programs, developed and conducted PD workshops, planned campus-wide events, and used organizational skills to effectively multitask in a fast-paced classroom setting. In 2006, Barbara W Patterson became the Marketing Communications Manager at Black Diamond IT Hardware and Computer Parts, Inc., where they managed sales and marketing operations to drive growth and support customer engagement. In 2014, they began working as a Senior Account Manager at MOSAK Advertising & Insights, where they created and managed comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing plans for the rapidly-expanding Real Estate Group by mobilizing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative results and achieve clear client objectives. Barbara W also began working as a Marketing Communications Consultant at Independent Marketing Consulting. In 2016, Barbara W Patterson became the Director of Product Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager at 95 Percent Group LLC, where they spearheaded a comprehensive data-driven B2B digital content marketing plan to promote products, services, and events. In 2021, they became the Account Director at Ironpaper.
