Jeanne Schopf M.Ed., NBCT, CERI Dyslexia Interventionist has over thirty years of experience in the field of education. Jeanne began their career in 1989 as an Elementary School Teacher for the Gibraltar Area School District. In 1995, they took a position as a Reading Specialist/Interventionist/Literacy Coach for Sturgeon Bay Schools. During their time there, they also served as an Elementary School Teacher for grades five and three. In 2007, they moved to TJ Walker Middle School, where they worked as a Middle School ELA Teacher/Reading Specialist/Coach/Interventionist. In 2021, they joined Carroll University as a Dyslexia Practicum Supervisor, where they advised and coached teachers in their structured literacy practicum and supported all three of their teachers in passing the KPEERI exam. Most recently, in 2022, they joined 95 Percent Group LLC as a Literacy Consultant.
Jeanne Schopf M.Ed., NBCT, CERI Dyslexia Interventionist has an extensive educational background. Jeanne obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 1985 and 1989. Jeanne then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Reading Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 1996 and 1999. In 2014, they obtained their National Board Certified Teacher certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained their Structured Literacy/Dyslexia Interventionist certification from the Center for Effective Reading Instruction.
