Rob Farrar

Rob Farrar has a diverse work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Rob is currently the Director of Client Services at 95 Percent Group LLC since April 2023. Prior to this, Rob worked as an Executive Consultant, providing advisory consulting for commercial software development and related services. Rob has also held various roles at Follett School Solutions, including Vice President of Professional Services and Director of Software Product Development & Technology Services. At Follett, Rob successfully transformed the Student Information System business from unprofitable to profitable. Before Follett, they worked as a Program Manager at Follett Software and as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Aon Corporation. Rob also served as the Global IT Director of Solutions Delivery at Mercer and as the HR Technology Consulting Practice Leader. In addition, they have experience as a Project Manager at Sentinel Technologies and as an IT Director at Kemper Insurance Companies, where they led the implementation of Oracle Financials and the development of Kemper's first Corporate Data Warehouse. Rob has expertise in Agile project management, software engineering best practices, and planning and scaling software and technology services.

Rob Farrar completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Systems at the College of Lake County from 1981 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management and Information Systems at Liberty University from 2009 to 2014.
