Susan's early career includes their role as the Director of the Technology Marketing Division at Rubin Response Services, Inc. There, they established and managed the division, focusing on consultative marketing and technology services for software and technology companies.

Susan Adelmann attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in 2019, where they completed the Intrado Global Technology Services Leadership Academy program and specialized in Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1984, they studied Business, Computer Science, and Arts at McHenry County College. Along with their education, Susan has obtained certifications such as ASU GSV Summit 2021 Attendee and The 2019 ASU + GSV Summit from ASU+GSV Summit, as well as the Pragmatic Marketing Framework certification from Pragmatic Institute, acquired in 2014.
