Malkan Pinto

Malkan Pinto, MBA, CPA, CMA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and credit analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Risk at 990 Capital Management Corp. since April 2019, Malkan Pinto specializes in developing alternative debt financing solutions while ensuring sound credit practices. Previously held roles include Director of Credit and Financial Risk Management at BridgePoint Financial Group, and Assistant Vice President of Credit at Wells Fargo, where Malkan Pinto managed complex transactions and significant credit risks. Malkan Pinto's career also includes positions at ECN Capital, Nexcap Finance Corporation, GE Capital, Ford Motor Credit Company, and an early role as a Summer Intern at the Business Development Bank of Canada. Malkan Pinto earned an MBA from McMaster University, holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario.
