Thao Nguyen has a wealth of experience in the sales and customer success industry. Thao began their career in 2013 as a Licensed Realtor at Prestige Real Estate Group, where they promoted sales of properties and assisted the broker in closing $7 million in sales. In 2015 they moved to AT&T as a Development Manager, where they hired, supervised and coached 25-30 employees on sales strategies. In 2017 they became a Key Account Manager at Spectrum, where they managed sales cycles, exceeded sales quotas and identified opportunities for account growth. In 2020 they moved to Experis as a Business Development Manager, where they identified and secured business opportunities that increased revenue growth. Finally, in 2022 they became the Head of Customer Success at 9Lenses.
