Teija Hanhela is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, product management, and engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist and Assistant Product Manager at 9Solutions since June 2018, Teija leverages expertise gained from previous roles, including Business Development/Account Manager at Sea FM Radio Finland and various positions at Nokia over a nearly two-decade tenure. At Nokia, responsibilities included supporting production technical issues, leading teams, and enhancing product manufacturability and quality. Teija holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Oulu University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2000 and 2005.
