Lucien Segessemann

Lucien Segessemann is currently the Head of Hardware Development at 9T Labs. Prior to this, they were a Research Assistant at HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil from October 2017 to December 2017, where they worked on research and development in the area of intention detection for exoskeletons at ILT Institut für Laborautomation und Mechatronik. Lucien also worked as a Research Assistant at Laboratory for Energy Conversion from February 2017 to September 2017, where they were responsible for the development, construction, and implementation of prototypes, as well as the design of adaptive systems that compensate for high thermal expansions. In January 2018, they began working as a Research Assistant at Laboratory for Orthopaedic Biomechanics, Uniklinik Balgrist, ETH Zürich, where they are responsible for research in the area of orthopedic biomechanics.

Lucien Segessemann has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich.

They are on a team with Giovanni Cavolina - CCO & Co-Founder, Yannick Willemin - Head Marketing and Business Development, and Chester Houwink - COO & Co-Founder. Their manager is Martin Eichenhofer, CEO & Co-Founder.
