Kimberly Cole, PHR

Kimberly Cole, PHR has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. Kimberly began their career at the Norfolk Police Department as a Hostage Negotiator- Detective, Police Officer. In 2019, they joined 9th Way Insignia and has since held the roles of Director of People and Culture (HR Director), Director, Business Services Integration, PMO- Deputy Programs Manager, and Sr. Employee Relations Manager.

Kimberly Cole has a degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Law from Cornell University. Kimberly obtained their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in November 2020 and their Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty certification from SHRM in February 2021. Kimberly also obtained their SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty certification from SHRM in February 2021.
