David Henry

David Henry has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the design and construction industry. David is currently working as the Assistant Director of Design at A-1 Industries, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Designer and Team Captain at A-1 Industries from January 2015 to December 2021. Before joining A-1 Industries, David worked as a Truss Designer at both A-1 Industries and T.J. Truss Corporation. David also gained experience as a Draftsman at Homeland Builders LLC and a Steel Detailer at The Audette Group. Additionally, they served as a Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) Lab Assistant at Commonwealth of Massachusetts and held roles as a Truss Designer at Universal Forest Products and a Design Team Manager at Classic Truss Company Inc. David's career started as a Project Manager at Modular Medical Systems Inc. in 2002.

David Henry attended Bristol Community College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Engineering Transfer. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Computer Aided Drafting and Design (Mechanical) from Bristol Community College in December 2012. David has further certifications from the SBCA: The Voice of the Structural Building Components Industry. David obtained the Truss Technician I certification in December 2014 and the Truss Technician II certification in December 2015. David also holds a National 'F' License from the United States Soccer Federation, obtained in September 2015.
