Vinod Malik

Vinod Malik serves as the Head of HR at A-1 Technology since February 2012, overseeing human resources across multiple offices in Mohali, Gurgaon, Dehradun, Luknow, and Fridabad. Prior to this role, Vinod worked as an Operation/Recruitment Manager at Beta Soft Systems Pvt Ltd from October 2008 to February 2012, where responsibilities included leading a recruitment team focused on US staffing and sales, as well as collaborating with management on strategic planning and resource utilization. Vinod holds an MBA in HR from P.T.U and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from J.M.I.T.
