Pamela Smith

Pamela Smith is a Senior UX Researcher at Immersive Labs since January 2019, where responsibility includes leading the strategy for UX research employing qualitative methods such as interviews and usability testing, contributing significantly to product design and usability improvements. Pamela also serves as the DEI Working Group Chair, emphasizing inclusion and accessibility in organizational culture. Previous roles include UX Researcher at BaseKit, where Pamela analyzed user tests and analytics data, and a Senior QA Engineer responsible for managing testing processes. With a diverse background spanning roles in QA, education, and production management across several companies, Pamela holds a BA in Media Arts from Royal Holloway, University of London.
