Beverley Potts

Beverley Potts is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer at A&O Shearman, a position held since May 2024 following the merger of Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling. Prior to this role, Beverley served as a Senior Knowledge Lawyer and Senior PSL at Allen & Overy from November 2016. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Associate (PSL) at Fieldfisher from January 2015 to October 2016 and as a Senior Associate (PSL) at Field Fisher Waterhouse from July 2012 to July 2013. Beverley began a legal career at Baker & McKenzie in London and Sydney, where senior associate duties were performed from January 2002 to June 2012, and started as a trainee and assistant solicitor at Linklaters from January 1998 to October 2001. Education was completed at Queens' College, Cambridge University, with a Master of Arts in Law obtained from 1993 to 1996.
