Erica Baker

Erica Baker is an accomplished project manager and behavior analyst with extensive experience in the field of applied behavior analysis and project management. Currently serving as Project Manager Lead-Salesforce at Kavaliro since October 2022, Erica quickly demonstrated leadership abilities by managing a significant international account and revamping the Salesforce Managed Services Division. Previously, as Senior BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, Erica became the clinic's first Preceptor, successfully training new hires and earning recognition for excellence. Erica has held various roles at Behavior Network, including Assistant Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising staff and creating treatment plans. Erica holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
