Sandra Timmons has a wealth of experience in various roles. Sandra started their career in 1985 at Honeywell as a Manager of Strategic Planning, where they worked until 1987. Sandra then joined The College Board as the Chief of Staff, where they worked from 1987 to 1998. Following this, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Girls Incorporated from 1998 to 2003. Finally, in 2003, they became the President of A Better Chance.
Sandra Timmons received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with a field of study in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. This education was obtained from 1979 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Public Policy Analysis and Management with a specialization in Public Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, which lasted from 1983 to 1985.
