Amanda Gulino

Amanda Gulino is an experienced facilitator, coach, and speaker known for their work in leadership development and organizational culture. Since August 2016, Amanda has been with A Better Monday, where Amanda conducts workshops and coaching focused on essential skills for dynamic leadership. Additionally, Amanda serves as a Liberatory Designer and Co-Design Facilitator for Beytna Design, coaching teams to integrate Liberatory Design principles. With a history of facilitating leadership courses at Full Potential Ventures and promoting inclusive practices at InclusionVentures, Amanda's career also includes leadership roles at Reading Partners and City Year, contributing to talent and culture strategies. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University, as well as coaching certification from iPEC Coaching.
