Russell Capps

Russell Capps is the Owner and Inspector at A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections, a position held since June 2011. Prior to this role, Russell was the Owner and Operator of Capps Contracting, LLC from August 2008 to May 2012. Educationally, Russell holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching as well as a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Science and Technology with a focus on Energy, both obtained from James Madison University, with studies completed between 2000 and 2006.
