Alexandre Shoji

Alexandre Shoji is a seasoned medical professional specializing in psychiatry with extensive experience in various roles since 2008. Currently a minority partner and specialist at Laboratório de Neurodiagnóstico Spina França, Alexandre also serves as the Head of the Mental Health Department at A.C.Camargo Cancer Center and as a Liaison Psychiatrist for the Psychiatric Consultation Team. Additionally, Alexandre holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Mental Health Department at Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de São Paulo since 2015. Prior to these roles, Alexandre was a PhD student at University Medical Center Groningen, focusing on neuroinflammation and psychiatric disorders through nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. Educational qualifications include a Psychiatry Specialist title from Irmandade da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo and an MD from Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo.
