Dr. Sebastian Spath has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Dr. Sebastian started their career at NUKLEUS e.V. in 2007 as the Geschäftsführer, where they managed the business operations and initiated and managed publicly funded research projects in the field of mechanical engineering. In 2009, they joined Universität Rostock as a Research Assistant, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they moved to TRIOPTICS GmbH, where they served as the Stellvertretender Abteilungsleiter Automation until 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at Waldemar Link GmbH & Co.
