Daavia Nesbitt

Daavia Nesbitt is a dedicated environmental professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Junior Environmental Scientist at A-C-T Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. since April 2023, Daavia previously held positions as an Associate Environmental Scientist at Pennoni from July 2022 to February 2023, and as an Education and Animal Husbandry Intern with the Conservancy of Southwest Florida from April 2022 to June 2022. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Florida Gulf Coast University, where Daavia was also a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Assistant, as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental and Ecosystems Management with a focus on Marine Sciences from the University of The Bahamas.
