Jeff Kincart

Jeff Kincart has extensive work experience in the environmental and construction sectors. Jeff began their career in 1991 as an Environmental Field Technician at A-C-T Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. Jeff then worked their way up to become an Environmental Specialist and later a Staff Engineer. In 2000, Jeff was promoted to Vice President at the same company. In 2023, they became the President of A-C-T Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc.

In 2003, Jeff also founded their own company, Kincart Construction Company, where they currently serve as President.

Additionally, Jeff has served as a Structures Specialist for the Florida Task Force 8 Urban Search and Rescue Team since 2006.
