Christen Tess Bowman, MA-LCMHC, NCC, currently serves as the Intensive In Home Team Lead and School Therapist at A Caring Alternative, LLC since May 2018, providing therapeutic services to elementary and middle school children, in addition to offering outpatient therapy. Since 2020, Christen has also worked as an Outpatient Child and Adult Psychotherapist and Behavior Health Coordinator at COX FAMILY MEDICINE. Furthermore, Christen co-owns One More Rep Personal Fitness Training since 2017 and previously held the position of Manager of Key Accounts at Southeastern Paper Group from September 2007 to May 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Capella University (2019-2021) and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Montreat College (2015-2017), alongside a Bachelor of Science from Lenior Rhyne University School of Business Management.
