Kelly Hunsucker has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Director at Sylvan Learning Center where they developed academic programs for students and managed teacher schedules. From 2006 to 2017, they worked at the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® as a Membership Specialist, handling membership coordination, data entry, and communication with new members. In 2018, Kelly joined RE/MAX ONE, LLC as an Inside Sales Specialist + Lead Conversion Rock Star, overseeing buyer agents, providing training, managing CRM systems, and ensuring efficient lead conversion. Kelly then moved to The Jim Allen Group in 2019 as a Senior Inside Sales Manager until 2022. In 2022 and 2023, Kelly held the role of Director of Growth at A Cole Realty and Marti Hampton Real Estate - Brokered By eXp Realty, respectively.
