Cindi Jeffrey

Cindi Jeffrey, LMHP, LISW, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mental health and entrepreneurship. As the owner of My Empowered Community since May 2018, Cindi fosters a supportive network for women entrepreneurs while also serving as an It Works representative since January 2014, promoting wellness products. Contributions to content marketing are made as a Membership Ambassador for A Cup of Content and as a freelance writer for various organizations, including Women's Edition and Jeffrey Consulting. Cindi has significant experience in mental health services, having worked as a Mental Health Therapist and Senior Services Manager at Flowstate Health, focusing on enhancing access to care for vulnerable populations.
