Chad Ware

Chad joined Epstein in 2022, bringing with him over 15 years of engineering experience. As Epstein's Director of Process Engineering, Chad partners with the Industrial clients to help define their processing systems, assess opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that are flexible and effective.

Prior to joining Epstein, Chad was with Modern Process Equipment, where he designed, furnished and commissioned complete food processing systems for international and domestic food industry projects.
