Nick Brown

Nick Brown is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. Currently serving as both Project Manager and Project Engineer at Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction since September 2021, Nick has previously held project management roles at Edge Construction and Equity Development Group, LLC dba Comet Construction. Early in the career, Nick contributed as an Assistant Project Manager at Phoenix Investors and gained foundational skills as a Construction Estimator Intern at ENER/CON E.P. and as a Project Management Intern at Duval Landscape & Maintenance. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Marquette University, earned in 2016.
